I was reading the liner notes to Perverted by Language and it says that The Fall played at The Speed Trials in New York in 1983 and something like two days later so did "a very young Beaste Boys". Beasties and Mark E Smith under the same roof! If the ghost of Ian Curtis was there it would've been the most important event in musical history.

Yeah, that poster appears in the liner notes. Is it a bit odd that they were still doing Egg Raid by 1983? I can't get over it Beasties and MES together. A reunion is definately needed.
