Well, it appears as though the board has returned...I just so happened to see if it was back, and low and behold the hacking ended and it was time for TS to return to his duties. Good to be back? I guess.

Anyways, hacking buisness aside, it seems as though my old 5% rule comes into affect yet again. What is that, TS? The people want to know. Well, the 5% rule is this:


For every negative stereotype in esistance, the fact is that only 5% of the population actually fits into this category. These categories range from the teenage theif, the slow-old-age-driver, the 'nigger' as African American comedians call them (I call them people, on a side note), the 'dirty, uneducated immigrant' to the local drama queen, the 'village bicycle', and of course, the nerdy kid who hacks a message board for no reason just to get a rise out of a couple of e-nerds. Yes, the truth is only 5% of the population actually fits into these neat little packages, but boy do they ruin it for everyone else.

My question to you all, should you choose to answer it, is this: do you agree? Is it true that only a small portion of the population is fairly represented by these categories? Or am I secretly trying to spruce up the old and dull 'stereotype' debate?

It may be an American thing. But either way, when there is someone driving slow or stupid, I can tell you they're either: Asian, old, talking on the cell phone, or all three. I always check too, and I'd say about 85% of the time I'm right.

It could be that the 5% is just always on the road. But I doubt it.

This is the part that confuses me, as it does to apparently a few other people. I've never seen a stand-up routine where the term nigger was solely used for black people who steal things, or whatever it is you're saying. This sentence just pretty much doesn't make sense.

Chris Rock in his routines repetedly makes reference to the diference between a black man and a 'nigger'; that's what I'm talking about. If it still doesn't make sense now, ignore it and just read everything else I said.

I didn't even want to bring that up in the first place because I dont want people to think I'm some kind of racist prick.

I think that there is only a small amount of people who fit into those categories. People don't exist in convient clumps like algae...everything exists along a continuum and you can't put people into boxes.
