attention all budding artists. this is little white lies (www.littlewhitelies.co.uk), a uk based movie magazine which, for issue 06 are featuring awsome; i fuckin' shot that! as our cover movie & feature fllm. wanna be involved? then listen up. we're after a collection of biro/pencil line drawings of your favourite beastie things to feature in the mag. could be anything from portraits of Mike D, Ad-Rock, MCA, Mix Master, something you associate with them or simply writing out 'the beastie boys', song names etc... in some doodley styley way. all entries must be with us before thursday midday gmt. so if you want to be a published scribbler, you know what to do. all doodles are to be kept within 5cm x 5cm (300 dpi if possible) and can be as good or bad as your artistic skills can hold up to. alongside going in the mag, all doodles will be posted up on our website for the world to admire. email all art to beasties@littlewhitelies.co.uk. remember, have fun...

i learned how to resize pictures to make them 5cm by 5cm and they actually don't look too small

I remember back in 1988 when I drew a little comic book that was called "beastie babies" and it was the beasties as kids and doing funny shit. I remember drawing a sketch where they were booked to do the "muppet show" and they trashed the place. funny stuff. I also showed adrock going around in his hood with a skateboard, stealing VW's off of the buses and bugs. it told the story of how they got to be, basically.
