u know you have a point there..... i would honestly be ok if the boys would never put another album out again. they've done it all, they have nothin to prove. Even thou Pauls Boutique my is my fav....its always noice to hear the boys come out with some more $hit. the boys are already legends....if they take another 10 years to come out with another album....it will be well worth it....and would sell like crispie cremes. And i would definatley go in the store and BUY the CD like i've done all there previously albums countless times over the years.

Beastie things to look forward to....

1. DVD release of AIFST. (hopefully some tv performances/interviews to promote it)
2. VH1 HipHop Honors - (performance hopefully!)
3. Yauch is supposedly working on some old school grafitti film

It'll be at least 2009 before we get a new album...the best we could hope for would be some b-sides/unreleased stuff.

When TT5B came out. MCA said that the Beastie's were going to have 3 more CD's.

They could come out with another political CD in 2008, because that's when Bush gets his gay ass out of office.

Plus, the Beastie's havn't lost their passion for music. If anything they're probably more into music then they've ever been. They've been gone for so long. I highley doubt they are even close to being done, and not even close to being "bored" or "worn out" or anything like that.

There must be a load of mixes, different versions etc. That mix of open letter they played on their radio show had yauch's fingeprints all over it so i reckon they gotta load of stuff like that. Maybe an album of stuff from the remix page, thats bound to happen:rolleyes:

yeah but its nice when they put sumthing out bcoz its different 1st of all, but also coz it puts a bit of focus on them from the music industry and also its kool for fans like us. u dont want them to be doing concerts and stuff and playing same old and just riding on there previous sucess, u wanna hear fresh stuff, and if anyone can produce it its the beasties.
