John Fogarty's former record company sued him for making music that sounded too much like Creedence Clearwater Revival.

I read those Amazon.com reviews of "Arc" and I must say that dude hit the nail on the head about the album with this line, "If you like this, well, give a monkey an electric guitar and enjoy"
