one time.. i hadn't run out of cheese, but i had a bag of some of that pre-grated stuff? anyway it was a little old.. a few pieces had mould. i picked them out. i was making a toastie (cheese, tomato, avocado, pepper) but i only had rye bread.

i dont know if it was the rye bread or mouldy cheese, but man :( i learnt my lesson.

We always have like 5 blocks of cheese in the fridge, each one is different and has a different purpose. Tasmanian blue vein cheese, camembert and vintage tasty cheese for snacking (german tradition passed down from grandparents to dad), Mainland Tasty for sandwiches, mozzarella for pizzas.

This house would collapse if we ran out of a few of those cheeses, let alone cheese altogether :(
