Grillin' time's here and it's bout time for ya'll to share those recipes. Let me clear this outta the way first. If you use gas then step awah from this thread.
Charcoal is where it's at and Kingsford for sure.
In preperation of my chicken, I would place it in a glass container, pour Wishbone italian dressing over top of it followed by a whole clove of freshly sliced garlic. I would then sprinkle a little Lawry's seasoned salt over the top of it followed by a dash of dill and freshly ground pepper. Can't forget the Captain Morgan's spiced rum over the top as well.
After all is said and done, I cover it with saran wrap and set it in the fridge to marinate for a whole day.
I prepare my steaks almost similar except I like to juice some jalapenos over the top and I like to use Jim Beam.
After the meats are nice and marinated, I pull them from the fridge and prepare the Hickory wood chips.
The wood chip part is easy, just let them sit to soak in a bowl of water for and hour.
After the wood chips are soaked, I add them to the grill and fire it up and then place the scrumptious slabs of beef and chicken on.
After the meats have been flipped, I sprinkle some McCormicks chicken seasoning for the chicken and beef seasoning for the beef.
Can't forget the grilled peppers, onions and corn on the cob though.
Let's hear some of yours.
