Grillin' time's here and it's bout time for ya'll to share those recipes. Let me clear this outta the way first. If you use gas then step awah from this thread.

Charcoal is where it's at and Kingsford for sure.

In preperation of my chicken, I would place it in a glass container, pour Wishbone italian dressing over top of it followed by a whole clove of freshly sliced garlic. I would then sprinkle a little Lawry's seasoned salt over the top of it followed by a dash of dill and freshly ground pepper. Can't forget the Captain Morgan's spiced rum over the top as well.

After all is said and done, I cover it with saran wrap and set it in the fridge to marinate for a whole day.

I prepare my steaks almost similar except I like to juice some jalapenos over the top and I like to use Jim Beam.

After the meats are nice and marinated, I pull them from the fridge and prepare the Hickory wood chips.

The wood chip part is easy, just let them sit to soak in a bowl of water for and hour.

After the wood chips are soaked, I add them to the grill and fire it up and then place the scrumptious slabs of beef and chicken on.

After the meats have been flipped, I sprinkle some McCormicks chicken seasoning for the chicken and beef seasoning for the beef.

Can't forget the grilled peppers, onions and corn on the cob though.

Let's hear some of yours.

thanks, that sounds soo scrumptious. Now, can you just put foil over the grill and add a little oil over the top of the foil to prevent the tofu from sticking? Or is it just better to use a pan?

If you've got some more vegan grillin ideas, let 'em rip. I want to try some variety this year.

ATTN: Planetary. Hey, at least I didn't say cummin.

Portobello mushroom caps...poke little holes in the top and stuff slivers of garlic in them, baste with balsamic, EV olive oil S&P. Top with fontanella cheese. Throw on the grill for 15 min....done.

i suppose you could. i always use one of those big pans with the holes in it and such for the grillin'. these also work great as kabobs.

here's what I do for brats. Firstly, I use Johnsonville beer brats.

I take a full can of beer, take a few swigs outta it and cut the top off and keep it 3/4 the way full.

I place it in the middle of the grill and let it get nice and hot.

Then after it's hot, keep it on the grill and I would put the brats in it till they're well cooked.

Yum.
