I had my first training session since my knee operation today. I now ache but it was so worth it:)

Now I need a shower, excuse me...

Actually the leg work wasn't too bad (I'll wait until the morning too see how bad it actually was), it's my shoulders and arms that are going to suffer.

But it will all be worth it(y)
