Myself, I'll be going here (http://www.midgettrealty.com/book/house.html?PMSID=HC230) starting this Saturday. Myself and 15 other drunken friends will be here for a week! We go to the OBX every year. It's so much fun. If anyone wants a postcard, PM me your address.


And maybe later in the summer I'll travel to Canada. Fuckin' eh.

I was planning on going to see a friend for his birthday, but it's looking unlikely right now because of $. Might have to put it off a week or two. Will be nice to see him, but I feel bad because it looks like all his birthday plans are falling apart. :(

My parents are going to be southerners pretty soon. Packin' it up and movin' to NC. I'm going to visit them in my "NOT EVERYTHING'S FLAT IN KANSAS" teeshirt with my cowboy hat and a bottle of Jack to blend in. Oh, and I should probably peel off my "Proud to live in a blue state" bumpersticker and replace it with a "Stonewall Jackson 4 Prezident" one.

Already had a vacation in New York City and Washington, DC a few weeks back. But I may just be lured back to DC soon enough. ;)

we (as in family) wanted to go to Vancouver this year, but we left it a bit late to book and stuff. That and we couldn't decide what we wanted to do there. Vancouver and its surrounding areas offer so bleedin' much. So instead the family and I are going to Paris for 4 days because we couldn't think of anyhwere else we'd fancy. It's still going to be fabulous.

I did want to go on a city break with friends but we couldn't decide. *sigh*
How do other people manage to arrange those sort of holidays? All I got was:

my wife and I's 2 year anniversary is coming up on July 8th and we're both contiplating on whether going to Egypt or Amsterdam.

pft. well, seeing as i'm at the arse end of my £1,800 overdraft and have no current employment prospects i can pretty much vouch for me staying here in bonnie scotland all summer.

i might go to t in the park, purely because it's free cos my flatmate's band will be playing there. i've never been to a festival before so i guess that's a sorta vacation?

my boyfriend is making noises about taking me on a city break somewhere, and he's pretty keen on copenhagen. so here's hoping.
