This is very interesting. The case will not be allowed to go anywhere but the claimant is almost certainly correct in what he says.
At the very least it would dispell a lot of urban myths if the church were actualy bound by law to setout the evidence for Jesus' existance. I wonder how many people would be surprised to find just how meagre/non existent that evidence is. It might challenge some peoples faith (which is not a leap n the dark just a stroll in the twilight apparently).
Its a bit harsh to singe out a single priest for litigation though.

I think that Jesus should be detained as a flight risk.
