At the pizza place I delivered for in College, we got really bored. I really enjoyed our kitchen sink pizza. We put everything on it. The most intriguing medley was the pineapple blending with the jalapenos.

It also had every veggie and every meat.

Having constructed a pizza today (not dough, way too lazy for that - used pre-made bases), I have settled on the following as a preferred topping selection, in order:

1. Tomato puree (paste) spread thickly right across the base.
2. Basil spread copiously across this puree
3. Peeled plum tomatoes (very wet and soggy, but the puree will stop it soaking through the base)
4. Red onions, chopped finely.
4b. Optional thinly sliced mushroom and / or sandwich ham
5. The smallest amount of garlic
6. Long thin slices of cheese (I used cheddar, as I have it in abundance, no smega jokes please) all across the top.
7. A few chunks of gorgonzola (blue-veined cheese) around the outsides
8. A creamy smooth cheese near the middle (Bree, or at a pinch, dairylea)
9. Topped with herbs du provences and some coarse ground black pepper

Comes out a treat. The peeled plums (or just diced tomatoes from a tin) give it a really fruity lift.
