Senior picture advice

Alright summer is coming and I need to take a creative yet attractive picture for my senior picture in the yearbook ( we allow for any picture the person wants to be submitted)

i do not want a pic like this (what my mom wants)

For like 5-10 years, my high school senior class picture was on display in a bunch of photographer's studios in the tri-state area. You ever want to know what my head looks like, time travel back maybe 20 years and have a look for yourself. God, some of studios had me in a poster size. :o

Advice? Don't wear anything trendy. Don't do anything trendy or glam with your hair or makeup. Don't buy any of the trendy sorts of weird photo effects that they'll try to sell you. They're expensive and will be so dated in time. I think if you looked at my high school photos now, you would be hard-put to know when they were taken.

i would go with the pic your mom wants. it doesn't matter either way. you won't even look at it but maybe a total of 6 hours for the rest of your life. i sold mine at a yard sale, cool signatures, messages, and all.
