I bought tickets for my girlfriend to see Take That last week. I was so embarassed/ashamed. It was a bit of a surprise for our anniversary and when I handed her two tickets (one for her mate) she said that she really wanted ME to go with her.

What was I supposed to say? I love the women. At first I was like 'no way'! I'll never live it down with my mates. Anyhow I was convinced to go (or was that blackmailed?) I almost bottled it when I saw that the city center was crawling with big groups of girls wearing pink cowboy hats.

To tell the truth it was a good show, i've never seen anything like it. Loads of flames, indoor rain, firebreathers, stages that came down from the roof. It was quite impressive. It was a million miles away from the Trivium gig I went to recently!

One funny thing that I noticed was that the place was crawling with girlfriends dragging along there boyfriends begrudgingly. I couldn't look at any of them in the eyes!

Surely I can't be alone. Has anyone else been to a concert that they really shouldn't have been at and enjoyed it?

i used to come back from school and first watched video taped take that shit for atleast 5 hours everyday, made a choreographie to every take that song with my sister and collected every shit
hardcore owned!

now i just lean back and say i only have their best of cd and think that they were definitely the best boy band

I wish I live in england to go to see take that!
I was a little fan when I was 12 or something.. just because I wanted to be far of the group (girls..kids!)
I said to one of my best friends we should go to london, but she was disappointed a bit.. she said: if there's not Robbie it doesnt make sense..
