Sometimes I'm allowed to create a thread, other times it says my IP address is banned and I can't create one, but I can still post without trouble. I'm flummoxed.

edit: the "it" shouldn't be in the thread title. it's really bothering me.

i looked into it and couldn't find anything out of the regular. so what you could do is, next time this happens, check your ip and send it to me via pm and i'll look into it further. i updated your user details so if there was a flaw somewhere it should have been fixed by now.
