This is such a coincidence....I just started a food diary today whereby I have to keep track of what I eat.

Here's my list for today.

Cookie Crisp
Orange Juice
Raspberry Tea
Gyro
Orange Soda
Chocolate bar

that's it as of 4:08 EST. I know it sounds bad, but I usually eat healthier than this...it is just that I am at work with nothing but crap foods around.I love raspberry tea.

So far, my list today is identical to my list from yesterday. I lead a predictably dull life especially wrt food. :)

one glass orange squash.
one, going to be two soon, stolen can of strongbow from flatmate.
two stolen exclusive belgium chocolate pralines from my other flatmate.

one, going to be two soon, stolen can of strongbow from flatmateStrongbow sounds like something from Braveheart. What is it?

Orange squash. Is that a carbonated drink? If so, in the U.S., I think it's called Crush. Orange squash, to me, means a gourd that is orange. :) (I am always interested when I hear of regional differences like this.)

And that's all day? I'd be starving. :(
Yeah. I think there was granola in there somewhere too.

Certain times of the month, I'm not hungry at all and if I don't go to the gym on a given day, my whole schedule goes off and I usually forget to eat as much. :o

Today and I'm done eating and I've had this, which is more than normal because Sundays are long days at the gym:

english muffin
banana
granola w/ nuts
yogurt
broccoli, sprouts, hummus, avacado with a tomato
homemade (not by me) pumpkin bread
melon salad & jarlsberg cheese
piece of pizza
cashews
peach

what i eat on a whole day is probably what someone else has for just breakfast.I'm the same way on a typical day. So far today (since 5 this morning), I've had an english muffin, a half of a serving of granola, about 10 almonds, and a half of a pear. I went to the gym right after the english muffin and before everything else.

There are times of the month (usually when I'm ovulating) when I'm hungrier and on those days, I would probably eat the whole pear. :) (As you get older, metabolism slows and you don't need to fuel up as much.)

too bad my metabolism can't slow down right Now, 'cause i'm like a fire; i burn everything immediately. and person like me has to eat constantly to gain any weight at all. too bad i don't exactly have the best appetite, and "forget" to eat, etc. then there's all these people who are overweight and probably wish they had my high metabolism. it's pretty unfair. :p
