I have a date tomorrow. About a year ago a lovely young woman bought my book. I'd see her from time to time. Last wednesday at the housing co-op dinner we sat and talked, and things really clicked and kept clicking more and more. She's really beautiful, smart, witty, charming, an awesome communicator, super fun, and she gets along well with my girlfriend (very important).

<-- totally psyched.

We're going to see a movie. (like normal folks do.) Probably my first theater movie of the year. Over the Hedge. Should be good.

i should probably clarify my question, because it may appear that i think you have a date with your girlfriend, and not a new girl to bring into a polyamorous relationship.

is your girlfriend in town currently and that's how she met the girl you'll be going out with, or did they meet a while back?

We had sex with our clothes on after.

She's a super attentive listener. Great conversationalist too. Like, what would happen if you got two really good listeners together and they started listening to each other.

Heather's a great listener too. Lot's o good listening lately.

I have to be honest - I respect you a lot and all GEA, but I don't see how being polyamorous could work out. It must work for you, but I could never do it - and no one I know could.

Maybe you could explain more to me in a PM, I'd love to talk about it sometime.

For the record; I understand/am aware of what it is. But I don't understand how one could possibly be at the right mindset to handle that sort of relationship(s). It's pretty screwy in my opinion. I guess I'm just speaking for myself.

But to each his/her own, I suppose!

My whole thing is, it's relatively easy to walk out on a girl once she gets on your nerves. It's pretty simple to screen the psycho female's calls after you dump her. It's only slightly frustrating to be stalked by a crazy broad for a few months but TWO CRAZY BROADS??? What if you dump them both and they gang up to form some sort of super psycho ex-girl team? I bet you didn't even consider that! DID YOU??!?!?

It would be hot for a little while though :)

Actually, I had two ex-girlfriends gang up to form a super psycho ex-girlfriends team back when I was monogamous. IT'S TRUE!

My current girlfriends aren't psycho or anti-social or immature or any such. So, imagine instead... that I have two girlfriends that team up to figure out how to improve the quality of my life.
