I'll be damned if the wife took a pic of me wearing it in my sleep too.

Drooling and bed-matted hair and all. I also had red marks on my face from the straps.

I sleep with my 20lb black cat crammed into my head. Whenever I'm away from home, I have trouble sleeping and I swear it's cuz I'm used to having him right there. Awwww, I love my buddy.

i have this old little pillow from when i was a baby and i still use it now. i dont really even know why since it really doesnt do anything anymore since its so old and flat.


i go through phases with it too, and sometimes it is on top of the pillows, and sometimes its in between

a soft cotton blankie that I've had for 20 years. it's is yellow on one side, and used to be pink on the other with a holly hobby print. I cut part of one of my white top sheets (I've never used or liked top sheets) and recovered that side though, because it was getting ratty. I quilted it with orange thread sunburst thingys in the corners and the center. it's one of those blankets that's a perfect size and keeps you warm in the winter and cool in the summer. I can sleep without it, but why should I? it's terrific!

otherwise, a soft pillow, a soft bedspread with a soft duvet cover, a cat if I'm lucky. pajama pants or boxers and a t-shirt or tank top. or just underwear if it's really hot.

I have a pillow that I use and I love it so much that I travel with it and it's the reason for why I need a bigger suitcase than I would have otherwise. It's a king-sized and it's the right amount of flatness. I sleep in undies although that varies sometimes and so does whether/not I'm alone in bed. I don't let the cats sleep with me because they chase my feet when I move and sometimes they catch them and it hurts. It's rare that I sleep for more than four hours at a go.

...unless I'm camping or something, I have to skip any sleepwear. But I also have to be covered up -- specially my feet. And I need a really firm pillow; sometimes I even use a big old oversized throw pillow.

If it's cold weather, the bedroom is heated, but the window needs to be open a bit to keep fresh air circulating.

That's adorable. I'd wake up my parents with nightmares I had pretty much every night in 2nd grade. They wouldn't let me sleep with them, but my mom would take me back to my room and tuck me in and watch me and pet my hair until I fell asleep. It was just as good. :o
