It goes both ways. When I was 35 I went out with a 19 year old waitress. I felt weird but it didn't stop me from getting my groove on. She was hot and filthy and I was just doing my duty.

I'm definitely aware of the age gap. Not so much with guys in >~30 but if they're <~30, and I notice it (the age gap).

It's weird to me when women who are in their 40s dress like they're 16. Like a woman, my age, wearing very short skirts and tall boots, or wearing novelty tee shirts that say something like My Boyfriend's Out of Town. Regardless of whether/not they have the shape to pull that off.

I work with someone who does that and who seeks opinions approval from several of us and THAT is awkward. I basically say something like, "I wouldn't wear that, but you look happy wearing it/in this photo." Something like that. She sort of doesn't get the idea and now I mostly avoid her. When she emails Glamour-Shot-style bikini photos to me, I say things like, `Nice composition on photo 18.' even though I have no idea of what constitutes a well-composed photo.
