Poor thing. She was pretty before and she still is, there's nothing wrong with her chin. Why should everyone look the same? Her nose gave her distinction. I admire people who work with what they've got and make it their trademarks much more than people who change to conform. But I guess I don't fit her target audience.

But one has to wonder why she had such a problem with it and why she feels better now that she's "fixed" And sometimes for people who are very insecure and compare themselves to others, surgery to fix little problems can become addictive, and the person is ultimately never happy.

Kids can be cruel and no one really knows why it bothered her...we all can speculate but maybe that was her one thing...the thing that annoyed the hell out of her when she went home every night. If you are in the right frame of mind ...surgery does not become addictive.

She might have wanted to do this since way before she became famous. You never know like you said. Juts because she changed one part of the cover, the inside of her book is pretty much the same.

But her sister isn't exactly the perfect Barbie herself, she has her flaws (in terms of facial) herself. I think she is hotter then her sister (which isn't saying that much), but that just me. It doesn't make sense that she be trying to win fans when her base is the punk-rockish pre-teen to teenage suburban female set. But thats just the other side, her reasons could be a combo of all just mentioned by all in this thread.

I thought her nose was fine before although the difference is so subtle that I don't think I would have noticed it if someone hadn't pointed it out.
I don't think I'll ever want cosmetic surgery--something just to [supposedly] improve my looks...seems like a waste to me. It's not something I need, you know? Don't take that the wrong way--I'm not saying that I'm flawless. I am saying that I have lots of flaws and I don't care. It doesn't bother me to have them.
This woman that I work with occasionally came to my office when several of us were gathered and she talked to us like she knew us, but none of us quite recognized her. After she left, we figured out who it was and what must have happened: she either had a lot of work done or she had just a bit of work and it went really badly.

Most of these dye jobs wind up looking like a weird color blonde, too. I don't know that I've ever really even seen those colors naturally in hair.
The majority of older women that I work with use bleach or they go with a sort of old-lady yellow. It's particularly odd when people with dark hair and dark coloring overall do that bright yellow or bleached-white look or when people with black hair [try to] dye it brown.
I just go with what I've got because I figure that it's a good match for my own coloring. Best of all, it's no maintenance that way.

maybe she is stoned. that happens to me when i smoke pot. one eye gets a little more closed than the other. same with a couple of friends of mine.
either way...i'll admit it. i think she looks better now. before i was like "ehhhh..i would dabble in that just to say i did" but now i am like "yeah, i would give her a sexing".
