possible turnover. pretty much ignored because of loopholes anyway.

personally, with the threat of extinction, i am fully against whaling.

opinions?

Japan is offering all that aid to those unimportant pacific countries, but Australia can't spare anymore whatsoever, even after all the rhetoric we are forced to endure from Howard about how important whales are.

they apparently blamed whales for consuming all the fish stocks...
thankfully, the CBC correspondent said whales eat plankton.

i also thought of another point as to why people shouldn't whale.

they aren't bred for killing like cows or pigs, so at the rate they're being killed it's inevitable that they will be extinct fast. i don't see why they're going to overturn the ban, when in 10 years time they will have to make a whole new campaign to protect whales from extinction.
