I love it. It's so good with fruit. Not with black pepper. Why do people always want to fill recesses with it?

I do like it with tomatos.
Yogurt and Cottage cheese are both delish with the same things often.

In Finland they've got all these amazing flavours of soft cheeses, cottage cheeses and yoghurts, so last week when me, my sister and my aunt went over we brought back huge bags of goodies! :D Luckily there's cold storage on the ferry and we bought ice clamps as well.
I got some tsatsiki cottage cheese. Yummy!

In America, cheese is a processed product.This is true and it's hard to find the good stuff. I have to go fairly out of my way to get reasonable, non-plastic cheese.
I remember having Velveeta as a kid and thinking that that and orange American Cheese was all there was to cheese. Later, I discovered that there was white American cheese and my world opened up. :)

It isn't the result of a naturally occurring aging process. It's not mold. It's totally mad-made.
Even cheese labelled cheddar or swiss or whatever, is often all man made. I think it's actually illegal to sell fresh unripe unpasteurized cheeses. I could be making that up though, I'm going to have to check on this. Don't take my word for it.

The US FDA (food drug administration) has these really strict guidlines about what kinds of cheeses can be brought into the country or sold here. No raw milk, unless there is a 60 day aging process. So the milk used has to be pasteurized. It makes for very different cheeses than those you can get in Europe.

I do enjoy a delicious cheese with perhaps a sweet wheat cracker.
When I was little, I used cottage cheese all over the windows, TV, furniture, etc. to suprise my mom on Christmas to make it look like it snowed. Thats what she got for sleeping in.

It's gross. It reminds me of the white stuff that comes out of acne. Only more cottagey.
