my dads best friend went there. he got attacked in an alleyway and died from brain damage. the people in the hospital made him wait 4 hours before they went to him.

I was there about 5 years ago, but only for a day. I t was pretty cool. My aunt works for Radio Free Europe and has spent lots of time there (their HQ is there). She says it's a great city but it's a bit sad how in the town centre, loads of historic old restaurants and such have closed and now it's street after street of strip bars, as it's become a big destination for cheap stag 'dos.

Ive been there a couple of times and its cool...
Really nice people and a lot to see...
The old part of the city has the best shops, cafe´s etc in my opnion...
But be careful a liter of vodka is about 5 - 10 $ depending of where and what...
