it's so sad, because native american orginal corn was so nutritious, and combined with squash and beans formed a complete protein, and the basis for so many diets. and now it's been so hybridized and become such a retarded-ass backward half-cousin of the real corn, that it's basically just starch. same with potatoes.

when you yakk, there always seems to be either corn or carrot in the vomit, even if you havent eaten either of those things in the recent past.
honey and pearl sweetcorn is one of the best things about summer.
