hmmm the forst 3 minutes or so I was into. I'll reserve judgement til a proper recording comes out of the final version...but yeah it's promising.

Although, I was one of the few people (it seems) who actually thought St Anger was pretty cool. At the time especially. Like TT5B though, I don't want a repeat of a similar sounding record, even though I liked it. Rick Rubin will no doubt change that on the production side of things mind.

that new song doesn't sound 1 bit like St. Anger except for maybe 1 or 2 riff bits. the riff off james' guitar sounded awesome too.

promising is definately the word to use for the song - but i said that the day i found out rick rubin was producing too (y)

there's a guy in my tafe class who purposely hates lars/metallica because of the napster thing. he is the class geek too.
