In that clip and at a glance, he looks like anyone you'd see anywhere. But every now and then, some...something...flashes in his eyes and I think that that's what makes him so appealing. There's just something about him.

With the exception of when he had bad 80s hair (is that redundant?) and during his willie wonka era, I've enjoyed looking at him since the beginning.

Yes, and on the deck, there are little dolls with nutcracker mouthes that come up and bite her legs. Disney really did a good job sticking with the Pirates theme.
