New York seems like a nice place to live, I saw a show about it on PBS. I wouldn't go there because of the Beastie Boys or any other celebrity though, I could care less about that I would go just to to go sightseeing and what not, might be a place I live temporarily in the future.

L.A has tons of gangs and violence and little police cuz people are scared to join the LAPD.
yesterday a girl was murdered walking home from school by gang members cuz she tiped the police about them really sad to see that happen and drive-bys happen in daytime now gangs aren't cautious to come out and murder in the day

Yeah my parents are from there, my dad loves it because he had such good childhood memories but my mom hates it and never wants to go back, we go there often though to visit my relatives, they all live in nice neighbourhoods though, so it's not that bad.

there are good parts & there are bad parts. i have TONS of friends there & i go there alot to go to concerts. wow, your close to me when you come & visit!!!(y)
