I just spent $60 on candles at Pier 1 Imports because they're phasing this scent out and I love it.
Someone help me. :(

$60 dollar candles are a bit too far fetched. Kinda like when my friend bought a $120 candle that was carved like a Chinese dragon. He never burned it and if he did, it'd be a waste. Why get the candle when he could've gotten a porcelain statue? There's plenty of them.
Now that you mention it, my wife must think I'm having a mid-life crisis because she bought me 2 pairs of Jack Jones jeans that were $80 a pair. I don't understand why. Aren't those jeans for highschool kids or something?
I'll probably never end up wearing them and just wear my old comfortable Levis.

I converted $60m into £34 and I must say if it wasn't for the fact that I haven't properly eaten all day due to a Big McLargehuge roast dinner I had last night, I would feel rather sick. I could never afford to waste on such, never!

Can I have your job?
By all means.
I should probably clarify that I practically cleared the store out of these candles. They're on clearance since they aren't going to be sold anymore once the inventory is gone, and I stocked up like I'm planning on using them as my only light source in my bomb shelter.
See how I'm rationalizing my ridiculous spending extravagance? Aren't I talented?

pleasantly smelly candles @ clearance prices > musty bomb shelter stench
I can see that.
