I'm sure they have plenty of money to survive on...I can't remember the exact figure, but only a tiny, tiny percentage of musicians that are good enough to have their music on CD make big bucks like the BBs, Britney Spears, etc. Most are actually middle class to near-poor & have to have a second job to make ends meet.
