in & out doesn't serve a veggie burger. people say that they do, but it's just an urban legend. their "veggie" option is basically a grilled cheese - a cheeseburger without the burger. but their fries are fucking fantastic. that's about all i can eat there. i do miss the milkshakes.

subway veggie delites - you have to ask for the spinach and carrots. pile on the pickles and jalepenos. just mustard. on whole wheat. thanks.

five guys is WAY better than in & out, I ate their burgers so much in DC.

In & Out is decent though. Next best thing out west. Yeah, I'd probably gain 30 lbs if it was easily accessible.

You California people. You refer to places that we don't have and maybe won't ever have or have for years and you're like seers of our future. We still don't have Chevy Chase or Jamba Juice and I've never even heard of IN & OUT BURGER and I've got to wonder why it's called that.

We don't have Jack-in-the-Box. We are just starting to get Walgreens. We didn't get coffee shops until 1993ish. I don't know what else we don't have but I suspect that it's a lot.

(n)SNL, this season, did a great skit about jamba juice and how their employees are all jacked up on the stuff and how they push it at you and how their world grinds to a halt if you don't take free shots of whatever they spike into the base drink. They were crazed, running at the mouth fast and I really wanted to go into a JJ then to see if it's really like that. I'll be in NYC in late September so I'll check one out. :)

my coffee spot is right next door to a Jamba Juice and every day when I come out the crazy Jamba Juice guy is like if you toss that caffiene I will give you a free jamba....Jamba juice is ALL SUGAR, no thanks man.
