I think you need to look at how many ppl voted. I wouldn't make it happen, I would let her make the move. I've lost ALOT of male friends because I wanted them as friends only and then they made a move and out of embarassment or whatever the friendship took a hit. It makes for a strained friendship so the real problem here is:
Keep her as a friend OR risk losing s friend.
