Still want the first one on DVD so i can watch it when i'm totally blazed out of my skull.

umm no the dialogue is hilarious, and would be just as funny with out the swear words

you're confusing "hilarious" with "contrived"

which is pretty much the reason he has been able to continue to make films.

while we're on the subject, I dislike Smith mainly because if a film of his isn't a super success, he instantly disavows all knowledge of it. He joins in the bashing of it as if he didn't fucking write and direct Jersey Girl.

Have some fucking self respect.

And if it wasn't for the presense of Jason Mewes hillariously funny character Jay - Kevin Smith wouldn't even be able to exist in his own movies in front of the camera . (lb)
