Whatever happened to the Bad Brains/Yauch recordings?

I remember reading about how MCA helped Bad Brains put together/setup some stages on their upcoming album(y) . The only problem is that I didn't hear any other news besides that. The project better not have gotten scrapped... could someone give me the heads up on what to expect in the future?
