Yeah, I never understood how the owner thought he got to stay there and never pay the rent. And the landlord was some kind of agency that housed the disadvantaged or something, so he was apparently taking money from others who needed it.

I've been to many dumps in my life, this is because whenever one dump closes another 2 open. Fucking get your own dump and make it dumpier than CBGB's for cryin' out loud!
