Quick hotlink solution - -

Hey, a few broken links lately lead me to post this.

in Firefox, right-click the image and say 'copy link location' and then click the radio button on imageshack that says "url." Paste in the url, then copy the newly hosted imagelink (on bottom) after clicking 'Host It!'

in IE just right click an image and go to properties, then copy the image location manually from it's properties menu. Then click the radio button on imageshack that says "url." Paste in the url, then copy the newly hosted imagelink (on bottom) after clicking 'Host It!'


Just a quick way to host images without saving or hotlinking. All you people who already knew that - good work.

a lot of the times it's hard to know when there's going to be hotlinking protection, because the picture is already in your cache, so it appears to be there when you post it. which just makes it doubly frustrating.
