1 Bag Cantonese Chinese Noodles
1 cup (or more if desired)Frozen peas & carrots
1 onion (diced)
mushrooms (sliced)
3-4 celery (Chopped)
1 package reg. vegetarian ground round
2 Tsp garlic (minced fresh or jarred)
Seasoning
Soy Sauce
Pepper to taste
(optional...fresh carrots instead of frozen)
In deep skillet or large pot, sautee mushrooms,celery, and onion on med - high heat.
Add frozen peas & carrots.....mix...approx 5 minutes
Add ground round, garlic, pepper and seasoning,soy sauce...mix well for another 5 minutes on medium
Pour in full bag of noodles (dry) add 1/2 cup of water , mix together, COVER and simmer for approx 20 minutes stirring occassionally.
Add salt,pepper and soy sauce to taste
