anyone else have em?

It's not too bad, condense sessions, 6 hours for two classes at school, an online class, and another 3 or so for homework, at least I'm getting this shit done!

it looks like I won't be taking a break until 2008, please kill me

This is the first year in many that I have not had summer school. Last year it was accelerated French 2 (in 2 weeks!), year before it was Computer Applications (for the hell of it, resume-booster), and I can't remember what else before that. Either way, I remember missing out on going to the Outer Banks with my mom and dad every year because of bad timing. This is the first year I COULD go, and they're gone. Jerks.

yeah I hear ya, I'm working 35 hours a week too...very little time to do anything fun

in fact I have to go to work in 15 minutes and then come home, do my online homework and then study for a midterm (after 4 classes...wha!?!)

I went to summer school all four years in highschool. It's not that I couldn't do the work, it's just that at the time I just didn't care. My head was somewhere else. Sad, I know.

Mark Harmon was once my summer school teacher.
I had this one summer school teacher (English) named Mr. Noppen. He let us sit and read Stephen King for six weeks. Mr. Noppen rocked. But the Catholic Archdiocese of Chicago deemed that Mr. Noppen's teaching curriculum was not satisfactory so they canned him. He was one of the few teachers that actually got the kids to respond.
