Hey Cosmo - adzuki beans

What do I do with them? I've got a bag of cooked adzukis in my freezer but I''ve never made anything with them before.

i haven't either. when it comes to beans, i'm not very adventurous...i usually stick to garbanzo, red, or black...and of course pinto for mexican food. afraid i don't have any recipes for adzukis. just search for some online!
