View Full Version : Since the Beastie Boys have pretty much had the same songs in their sets over
the past several years - give or take a few changes here and there - what would be your ultimate set list from the intro to the encore. List the 15 songs you'd want to see in what order live.

If they do small shows, they should just fuck with everybody and drop sets with no 'hits' in them. That would require rehearsing tho.;)

I'd love a Country Mike concert in some small shithole country bars.

When Tony Hawk reached the point where he was doing the same runs over and over, he'd do special ones like no tricks that were invented after 1991 and so on.
A setlist with no songs after 1992, at this point, would be nice. You know, just a club tour of random-ness. Every hip-hop song off HN, for example. Put the audio up for d/l on this site. Fuck, I'd even pay for it.
edit: I bow to kll's superior threads. This is a true indictment of Beastie free.

Or...let MMM choose what songs he wants from the whole back catalogue without the Beasties having a clue. In other words, fuck rehearsing! Let them mess it up and laugh...then if it goes through 3 or 4 songs being a complete shambles lyrics-wise resort back to some of the hits. MMM's an intellignet lad!
I mean come on, the comedy values! Fair play on dropping Stand Together in your set list by the way, that's a must...how i forgot it

I like my encore to be a mini-show of it's own, and nothing opens better than Stand Together.
