hot sauce

can anyone reccomend some good ones?


i go through a lot of it, and have started a collection of empty bottles. i have 5 or 6 bottles thus far, and have 6 open ones in my apartment right now. 4 of them are pretty weak, so i use them mostly to cook with, then one is a jim beam version and then my roommate who prefers franks red hot had to have a bottle...



so i am looking for something heavy duty that will keep me warm inside on a cold winters day

Anything with habanero in it should do the trick. Habanero peppers are HOT but have the best flavor.

But Whatitis is right, Habaneros have great taste before the Scoville units burn your mouth...:D

these arent very obscure but i like

green tabasco sause (pizza all the time for me)
definately Crystals hot sause (on anything)
Tapatio (most mexican food)
Franks red hot is ok, kinda like crystals, but more of the pepper taste i think

well thats my input for now, i was on a tabasco chipotle kick for a while, but got tired of it.
