pisses me off sometimes. I like to watch overhauling/makeover shows, but some of this shit is just like... god damn. This one girl is getting her car pimped out, and she likes snakes. So what do they do? Turn her car into a snake-themed vehicle. And they gave her a terrarium in the back, for her snakes. However, they put fucking 2" FLATSCREEN TVS in the sunning rocks. That's right. Her snakes can watch TV.
WHAT THE FUCK!

I think its the only show on mtv my dad ever liked.
I do enjoy looking at the pieces of shit before he turns them into even BIGGER pieces of shit.

Hey. Don't make fun. They might need flatscreens underneath their car when they're changing their oil.
Wait, no. Maybe they're just being considerate to their mechanics, cuz I doubt any of these people change their own oil. They don't even know how to properly clean rodents out of their trunks.
ya know what's funny... is they do all this work to the exterior/interior, put all this wank-factor shit on it... but they don't touch the engine/under-carriage at all. quite sad when you got a show car that can't move anywhere because the engine is still the same dodgy P.O.S. it was before hand.

They're advertising a new series of PMR over here, and it appears that West Coast Customs are no longer the garage. I'm pretty sure they're using a place called GAS (or something) now.
On a slightly different note, the garage they use for PMR UK is called Carisma, and it's a 20 minute drive from my house.

My thought exactly.

from what I understand they do fix the frame if there's excessive wear or damage and usually fix up the engine if needed. It just gets edited out.

Yeah, and they rebuilt the engine in a Honda CRX on one episode.
And they put a new engine into some old school car on another episode. But people don't generally want to see mechanics putting engines into cars, they want to see then new metallic orange paintwork and all the audio and video stuff.

All those pimped out cars should have signs on them that say, "PLEASE STEAL ME!!!" because you just know some of those cars are going to be stolen now.
