It could mean the frequency of 'Dilemmas' you face moves from being prone to Moral Dilemmas, to actually being one yourself. Because there is nothing else to you than sweating over every detail of your life. Or, if the Phys Ed teacher is 45 and married, I guess.

well the dude has a friend who i go to skool with and used to be friends with butn now i kinda hate her, anyway we discussed meeting up (as friends) and he said i was a moral dilemma but i dont get why.
