The funny thing about it when people act shocked that this type of thing happens.
No I'm not shocked just mad as hell, moreso that the average Chicagoan considering the fact that I've had a closer 'relationship' with the Chicago Police that the regular guy on the street. I grew up in this city, man. There isn't much that shocks me.
