I preordered yesterday with Best Buy when I saw it was $9.99, but just now canceled and got it at Future Shop because the bonus DVD is definitely worth $3

ok, i just got it from futureshop yesterday, and theres a sticker on it that says it comes with an exclusive bonus disc.. well i opened up the case and there was only one disc.. i phoned them and told them and they said all of the bonus materials were added to the main disc. well i put the movie in, and nothing!!!! no Shazaam or BBQ... so whatever you do, make sure you get the bonus disc!

Yeah, the BB site has four entries for the DVD with different information: one with no MPAA rating, one rated R and two rated N. The link from the one that has no rating listed has no information. The one rated R does. One of the N rated DVDs has no information one does. The box art is all the same except that the color on some is blown out and not on others. Amazon has two entries listed. One is unavailable the other is a pre-order. What is up with all these different "versions"?

I have a feeling that in the next few months we're all going to be exchanging information about the differences between our individual copies. For example, they used one sample in the iTunes download of "Brass Monkey" and a different one on the SGH version. I didn't have the wherewithall to listen for it the two times I saw it in theaters and I wonder if the AIFST version will be different too.

Then there's the matter of something one of the editors, Neal Ustin, said in an interview somewhere. I'm totally paraphrasing, but he said that there's a lot of stuff in the movie that no one could've caught with one viewing. I don't know what this means of course, but it immediately reminds me of the single frame shots that show up in their more recent videos. What a bitch (fun?) it's going to be to search through all the material frame by frame. Anyone want to volunteer?

Okay, I need some sleep, but wouldn't it be cool if in mass producing the DVDs there was a way to mass-constomize them so that there were dozens or hundreds of versions? It would be just like Yauch to pull some shit like that. Punk-ass bitch.

id rather get it from futur shop cause its cheape and the bonus is bette. but im guessing theres no futur shop here?

I talked to one of my friends which is a manager at a Blockbuster here in the states and he said they recieved their dvd's today but none of them came with a bonus dvd.:(
