blargh, I see all these "give me your digis for a drunk call" but I can never do it.

Believe me, I'm always someplace where it just costs too damn much to call me.

I have just now completed working a whole month and I've got 368 hours of work put in so, I'm just gonna relax and take the wife out for some sushi, a walk on the beach and the rest of the time is putting lyrics to my new guitaring.

Oh yeah, I'm currently drinking up because during that whole month of work, I haven't had a drop. Whooyah.

Today I start my 3 day vacation.

Either way, I just had a shot. It's pretty good. I'm surprised. Still, nothing will beat Jim Beam Single Barrel - that shit's like $50 a bottle. I went over to a millionaire's house two months ago and had two shots and was fuckin' done. True story. Smooth as hell, and high proof, though I don't remember what it was. Obviously. :o

That was my high point as a whiskey drinker. It's all downhill from that point.

I'm from Ohio where Jim Beam and Jack Daniels distelleries are just around the corner but still, I prefer some good Canadian whiskey over both of those.

I've never had Crown Royal before. For some reason, I used to think it was rum. I think that's because my friends had it, and they hate whiskey. It's still weird to think I'm a Jack Daniels shots kinda girl when I started off on fuckin' Mike's Hard Lemonade. Gateway drinking, I guess.

but if you want a cc and dry from a bar here, it'll cost about US$4.68
not sure if that is cheap for one mixed drink though.

Well, considering any drink in DC is around $6-$10, that's a good deal.

yeh...but salaries etc are higher in the states too
that said, pre-drinking is always a good idea, and maybe it's just me getting old, but it's usually more fun that going to a bar and dealing with yobbos.
