they're technically eligible in 2007 but theres controversy cuz the hall feels like they'll get heat for enducting them as the fist hip hop artist in the rock n roll hall of fame cuz they aren't "true pioneers"

yea they probally will in 2011 cuz of LTI but they're eligible in 2007 cuz of Pollywog stew.

but since run dmc is eligible a year after the boys (2008)the hall is probally gonna skip the boys & enter run dmc cuz they have more "creditbility" to be the first hip hoppers in the hall.

well they turned down grandmaster flash last year big mistake!
