I just got home from being out all night, and it's 4am. It's been like the hottest day ever and the 7th day in a record-breaking heatwave, and I've been outdoors all day. I was in the park this morning and afternoon, where it was too hot to move, having a barbecue etc. Then we went to my friend's house and sat out in the garden because it was far too warm to sit inside. I just walked home, which took about an hour, and I was sweating like a paedophile for the entire journey. Within about 5 minutes of my getting home, it is raining pretty much harder than I've ever seen. I can hear it banging into my house all around and it is making huge drumming noises on all the cars on the street outside. I'm talking thunder, lightning, extreme gale force winds, the works.

WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH ENGLISH WEATHER? :confused:

I donno! Seems like the weather's pretty much fucked up everywhere. Two tornados touched down here in the passed two days, and I went all day with out electricity today. It sucked sweaty hairy monkey balls. :(

OK, the rain's stopped (after only 10 minutes), but the lightning's going like mad. There's like a flash of lightning every 5 seconds, what the fuck? Lucky I'm not epileptic.

Normally we have hot days half the year with absolutely no rain and then we go like 7 months with not a single peep of sunlight and pretty much constant rain... so yeah this is pretty unusual to me. Extreme heat and then extreme storms within the space of about 3 minutes.

heh it was thunderstormin' here last night when i was online (here) and the power went out.....luckily my ipod was fully charged so i was occupied for the half-hour until the power came back on.

Shit man I couldn't handle that, we gotta have AC up in hurr! Before all that tornado shit, it was like 100 degrees with humidity. If I went outside I'd literally suffocate. But I think a cool front is movin in because the low today was 64 degrees and the high was 79...with 98% humidity.

yeah a friend of mine's in london atm and she was saying it was 39 degrees! that's pretty much unheard of here in brisbane. i always find it hard to believe the temperatures you get in the northern parts of europe. fucking glad the weather doesn't fluctuate much at all here

in south australia weve had the driest winter ever. its only rained maybe 4, 5 times. my lawn is completely brown, and this is the middle of winter for chrissake!! the whole world's weather has gone coo coo.
