Lately I've been watching the gem of a miniseries called Band of Brothers, and I'm wondering if anyone around here has seen it/give me some feedback.
Also, I'd like to watch a couple of other miniseries done in the past 10 years or so, anyone have any recommendations? I know that's kind of a large time frame, but I'm looking for ones that stand out, or ones easily accessable by way of purchasing box sets.
Thanks!

I used to catch the odd episode of Neighbours when I was bored at home with nothing else to do. Did you know that fit Chinese bird used to do porn and shit? And the one who played that Tess woman too. Neighbours ladies are hot stuff. Epecially Madge Bishop. (y)

I had a hard time getting into Band of Brothers but once I did I loved it. I think I had just OD'd on recent american history at the time.
I don't if you would call it a miniseries, but I liked The Wire. I just found out that Season 1 is on my HBO on demand and I'm going to watch it again. So I can't drop HBO for another week or so.
yeah band of brothers was pretty good. you just discovering it now? it's been on dvd for quite a while.

I just finished reading the bio of Dick Winters as well as Ambrose's Band of Brothers book, and I'm rather satisfied with it. BoB is a great little piece of awsomeness. Glad I finally got it on dvd.
What about that Dinotopia thing? Worth checking out, or are talking dinosaurs still on the 'ghey' side?
