I have a question for those who are more informed than I about the US policy on AIDs. I am working on a political cartoon regarding the US policy on AIDs that essentially is the 'Hear No Evil/See No evil/ Speak No Evil' gag.
I want to identify three different people in the US political sphere who can be said to be hindering the global fight on AIDs, in a way that is coherent with the hear/see/speak no evil message.
For instance, I want to have Bush as the Hear no Evil character. I was thinking of the USHHS head as the See no evil person, and then maybe the person who speaks at UN/ WHO/ etc. supporting US policies to be the speak no evil person.
Problem is, I dont know who to tab as those people. Names/ Suggestions? Basically im trying to identify three key leaders in the bush/abstinence only policies.
Help would be very much appreciated!
