i have stress related IBS (goes with anxiety disorders).

whenever i feel "trapped" or "confined", i always get nauseous and have to use the bathroom. cold sweats...fast heart rate, sweaty palms, feeling of extreme panic.
a panic attack.

but i got some nice meds that take care of that now....
