Indeed. But even if I'm required to do a lot of tasks from the beginning, it's hard to remember all the procedures. I hate having to bother my co-workers all the time for guidance.

I found this video on youtube of Al Green performing on Soul Train with his arm in a sling. If he can pull off that amount of sexy chocolate funk with an arm injury, there's no way my bosses will believe I can't make some flyers with a broken arm. :(
